• Managed high-volume PO encoding for major accounts (ROJON, Rose Pharmacy, Amesco, and HB1) and manually optimized order cuts to meet specific salesman Customer Line Value (LV) limits for Rose Pharmacy.
• Developed and deployed SSENCODER, a custom web-based system that automatically digests raw POs and parses them into readable TXN.csv feeds for the Accenture Newspage system.
• Engineered a smart allocation algorithm that dynamically tracks live inventory across multiple POs—intelligently selecting optimal SKUs and preventing "fill rate" penalties caused by out-of-stock encoding.
• Built a tracking module to generate granular sales and unserved summaries, utilizing manual Sales Order (SO) inputs to accurately track invoice status.
• Implemented a stock-monitoring feature that alerts when unserved SKUs are replenished, allowing for accurate re-encoding of backorders once MIS completes the invoicing and inventory deduction cycle.
